Farmstay Guest Accommodations Terms of Service
Welcome to our farmstay accommodations! We're excited to host you amidst the serene beauty of our farm. Please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions that apply to your stay with us.
Booking and Reservation
Reservation Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of payment or according to the terms specified during booking.
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is from 4:00 pm onwards, and check-out time is by 11:00 am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Early check-in $30. Late check-out $20 per additional hour.
Property Use: Guests are expected to use the facilities and premises responsibly and respect the farm's environment.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed between 11:00 pm and 8:00 am to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
Pets: No pets on property. Violations of this is a $200 fine and your stay will be immediately terminated with no refund given.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodations and designated non-smoking areas.
Extra Guests: All guests must be declared on the reservation. Any extra guests will incur a $20 fee per guest per day, no matter how short their stay may be.
No Parties or Events Allowed: If guest has a party or event the guest will incur a $200 fine and the reservation will be terminated without a refund given.
Farm Activities and Guidelines
Farm Tours: We offer guided tours of the farm. Please adhere to the instructions provided by our staff during these tours.
Participation in Farm Activities: Participation in farm activities is voluntary. Guests are encouraged to follow safety guidelines provided by our staff.
Liability and Responsibility
Liability: The farmstay is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property during their stay, including during farm activities.
Personal Belongings: Please take care of your personal belongings. The farmstay is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Non-Cancellation and No Refund:
Once a reservation is confirmed and payment is received, it is considered non-cancellable and non-refundable. This policy applies to all bookings made for our farmstay accommodations.
Commitment to Reservation:
By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree that:
Non-Cancellation: No cancellations or changes to the reservation dates are allowed.
Non-Refundable: Payments made for the reservation are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to, early departure, no-show, or change of plans.
You understand and accept the terms of this policy at the time of booking. This policy is applied uniformly to all guests without exceptions.
In exceptional circumstances, such as natural disasters or unforeseen events impacting the farmstay's ability to accommodate guests, the farmstay reserves the right to consider changes or cancellations at its discretion. However, this is not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Changes to Terms: These terms are subject to change without prior notice. The most recent terms and conditions apply to all bookings.
Compliance: Guests are expected to comply with all farmstay rules and regulations. Non-compliance may result in eviction without refund.
